Personally, I would have defined nm_start as a-z A-Z
and nm_char as a-z A-Z 0-9, since this allows more
than 1.5 billion combinations, even with only a
six-character token.

I don't think anyone really needs non_ascii (Netscape
obviously didn't think so in view of the javascript
errors that most such characters cause when used in
ordinary text/css style sheets) or any other character.
