Cursor/pointer image?

There's a plugin <http://www.cometsystems.com/> for altering the cursor,
but I think this should be a CSS thing.

I think it would be nice to indicate, by a change in cursor, whether a link
is "local" (your site) or "remote" (someone else's site).

(Not sure what kind of cursor to indicate remote site... maybe a red hand
instead of a white one, or maybe pointing down instead of up, or...)
