Core Styles update

Apart from a number of recent "under-the-hood" changes to the Core Styles,
I've overhauled the "Development Interface" somewhat. Most notably, there's
now an "extended" form interface:
http://style.verso.com/styleserver/long.html . Instead of numbers, there
are now suggestive names for the modules (woohoo!).

Users of Internet Explorer 4.0+ might especially enjoy the interactive
preview mode, courtesy of javascript.
