Some misleading links in the CSS2 Proposed Recommendation...

In cover.html: 15.2.2 and 15.2.4 lead to the wrong target. Anchor names
"font-family" and "font-size" are defined twice in the file fonts.html...

In indexlist.html: several #x"something" fail (conform.html#x45,
selector.html#x61, etc...).
