Borders

Hi...

Is it possible to draw borders around table cells with the current
implementations of CSS? I've tried it the way the CSS documents say, and
many other ways too, but it won't work... Also, I have noticed that
under NN4, a TD's padding will be added to the table's padding(?!?), so
adding new rows will move the beginning of the table downwards...
