netscape4 reload

I've just discovered that when I reload Nav4 linked to a style sheet thus:

<LINK REL=STYLESHEET TYPE="text/css" HREF="../wartsty1.css" TITLE="Style">

the reload no longer shows the style!!

Does anyone know how to get round this bug?
