CSS2 tokenizer

I've just started looking at the CSS2 working draft, and I notice
that rgb() and url() are specified in the flex source explicitly,
but rect() is missing. Is this an oversight?

What I'd really love to see is for '(' to be treated lexically in
a more general way, just as '[' is.
