Page breaks in print spec?

I'm trying to create a page for printing with the style sheets; it's
basically tabulated information. What we want is to make it print four
(exactly) entries per page, without breaking the entry. Is this possible?
If so, how? (I'm a syle sheet newbie, so if it's easy, it's my fault.)

We're using page-break-before: auto in the specification; IE4.01, under
Windows 95, selecting the main menu print; <link rel=stylesheet
media=print type=text/css href="blah.css"> -- we've also got a
media=screen stylesheet.
