Just to let you know in case you have not noticed yet :

Last mozilla version is able to render a XML+CSS document[1]. The TocView.XML
document (hyperlink in [1]) contains

	<?xml:stylesheet type="text/css2" href="SolarisDocBook.css"?>

[1] http://www.mozilla.org/rdf/doc/xml.html

BTW, where comes this "text/css2" from and what does it mean ?
                       ^^^^^^^^^

Other interesting excerpt from [1] :

	Coming soon : documentation on doing XML with CSS in Mozilla.
	We (some of the culprits named above) are working on an "Style Sheet
	Plugin" API. Depending on the type of style sheet being used
	(e.g., CSS, XSL, DSL...) different pieces of code get invoked.
