Are you saying here that you use <B> <I> <EM> and <STRONG>
in your CSS files and/or in your user stylesheet?  I only
have to 'apply CSS' to <EM> and <STRONG> in my documents and
in my user stylesheet because those are the only two
elements of the four listed which I use.
