Inconsistent media descriptors in HTML 4.0 and CSS2

The HTML 4.0 Proposed Recommendation and CSS2 Working Draft differ
slightly in their lists of media descriptors at [1] and [2], respectively.
While the CSS2 WD does not claim to present a definitive list, it would
be nice if the two specs were somewhat in sync.

The CSS2 WD defines 'screen' as "intended primarily for scrolled color
computer screens", but, unlike the HTML 4.0 PR, does not specify whether
UAs should apply 'screen' style sheets to print and projection media as
well.

The CSS2 WD is also missing HTML 4.0's 'tty' media descriptor.
