CSS2 ACSS: relative units

My earlier suggestions [1] for 'softer'/'louder' values for 'volume' and 
'lower'/'higher' values for 'pitch' seemed well-received when I made them, 
but I noticed that the recent CSS2 draft does not include them.  Is this 
an oversight or a conscious decision?
