HSL colors in CSS level 2

I fully agree with Steven Pemberton in that specifying colors as hex RGB
values is probably the least usable way. Therefore I strongly ask for
inclusion of his HSL proposal.

You must agree that converting HSL values to RGB is a simple and
straightforward process that should be done by the computer and not by
web designers.
