HSL color specification

Greetings.

I understand there is a proposal to add HSL as an alternative 
method of specifying colors in style sheets.  I am writing to 
express my strong support for this proposal.  As a web page 
designer and user of web design tools, I find the hex codes 
required for RGB to be cryptic and not memorable.  HSL, on the 
other hand, makes sense from the perspective of how people 
think about color.
