The text/css media type is not listed among the registered media types at 
<ftp://ftp.isi.edu/in-notes/iana/assignments/media-types/media-types>.  
Has there been any effort to get it registered?  It was my understanding 
that un-registered media types usually were prefixed with "x-", as in 
text/x-css.
