Relative volumes in ACSS

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----

There does not appear to be a way to specify the volume of an element
relative to its parent, since percentage values are relative to a user-
specified mapping (a nice idea). How about adding 'softer' and 'louder'
values to allow changes relative to the volume of the parent? 'softer'
could be equivalent to -25 and 'louder' could be +25 on the user's
percentage volume scale.
