You mean that if:

H1 {text-align: left }

appears in the CSS1 style block then

<H1 ALIGN=RIGHT></H1>

will not over ride it?  Why, any UA that thinks should convert the
ALIGN=RIGHT attribute to a STYLE="TEXT-ALIGN: RIGHT" attribute... IMHO

I have noticed already that MSIE 3 won't allow me to override...
