I'm a newbie and I have a question.

In several places in the CSS1 doc, it mentions the "fictional tag sequence",
but
doesn't define that concept or refer to a definition.

Is the fictional tag sequence a re-writing of the stream without the style
mechanism?

Thanks,

Neil
