Ok, we've had a chance to look at this more.  We clearly have a bug in
beta2 and are fixing it this afternoon.  Basically we were introducing
the 'internal leading' bias into the line-height calculation, which was
incorrect.  Hopefully beta3 and certainly final IE3 will handle this
properly.  Thanks all for the help and heads up.
