[SMIL30 LC comment] from ITS Working Group

Hello SYMM Working Group,

as mentioned during our meeting today, I agree with your resolution on 
the ITS Working Group comment

, with the amendment to remove the following from the ITS-LOCAL-ATTR entity:

%ITSPR;dir (ltr|rtl|lro|rlo) #IMPLIED'

the purpose of the removal is to avoid overlap with existing SMIL markup 
for directionality.
