Timecount production in erratum E05

Dear SYMM group,

In errata E05 of the SMIL 2.1 rec [1], the resolution specifies that the 
EBNF production:

Timecount ::= DIGIT+

should be replaced by

Timecount ::= "s" /* seconds */

which seems to be incorrect (as far as I understand the grammar).
