In the example in section 8.4 of:

 http://www.w3.org/TR/2001/REC-smil20-20010807/smil20.html#metadata

several of the rdf:li elements have incorrectly spelled the element's 
"resource" attribute as "Resource".  This violates grammar [rule 6.18]:

 [6.18] resourceAttr   ::= ' resource="' URI-reference '"' 

of the RDF Model Syntax spec:

 http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-rdf-syntax/#grammar
