RE: [Moderator Action] missing smil20-CoordinatedTransitions.xsd

I guess that this is another thing that changed late in the XML Schema Rec
Process. Looking at the Rec drafts, "uriReference" was changed to "anyURI".

Thierry, if you would be so kind, just do a global search/replace on this.
