Editorial correction in smil-qname-1.mod in SMIL 2.0 PR DTD

smil-qname-1.mod uses "eg." in several places to mean "for example". For 
instance,

<!-- 3. Declare parameter entities (eg., %SMIL.prefix;)

This should be "e.g.". You've left out a period. This is purely an 
editorial correction that has no effect on syntax or semantics.
