Modules in 2.3.2 is given to be 

http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-smil/2000/SMIL20/LC/ 

but the examples in 13.3.2 make use of

http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-smil/2000/SMIL20 .

Which one of these does the SYMM Working Group 
intends to follow?
