CSS WG feedback on SMIL Animation last call

attached mail follows:

The last call specification was discussed at the 28 Feb telcon.

There were a number of items which seemed to need clarification, but we
resolved them ourselves, we believe.[1]

So having discussed the spec, we finsd we have no problems with it.
