Call me a cynic, but here's what I read into this...
Ncom want to get lots of students hooked on some non-standard
HTTP extensions they have up their sleaves. Once they get the
students hooked, the rest of the web must follow to stay
competitive (students have a knack of exploiting new toys
to the full).
If I'm right, toss your HTTP specs in the trash.
A HTTP equivalent of <BLINK> is imminent.
