report=Hello for some reason the Dublin Core Label for 'rightsHolder' (http://dublincore.org/usage/terms/history/#rightsHolder-002) does not validate for either an relative or absolute URI. You may refer to the RDF for my WEBsite at: 'www.halo-photographs.com/index.rdf' In line 19 I have entered an absolute URI that is as a relative URI that apparently is not allowed for this label. Previously I had the following entry: 'Hans Loepfe, Switzerland'. This entry was logically treated as a relative URI and did not validate as well. So I assume there might be a validation issue for absolute or relative URIs for the label 'dcterms.rightsHolder'. With kind regards, Hans Loepfe. RDF=<?xml version="1.0">
