Possible issue with RDF Validator

Hello,

Attempting to validate http://earle.downlode.org/ is returning the "Document
looks like HTML, ignored." error. However, both of the following tests
return RDF, not HTML:

HEAD -H 'Accept: application/rdf+xml' http://earle.downlode.org/

wget --header='Accept: application/rdf+xml' http://earle.downlode.org/
