fwd: Five XQuery and XPath Working Drafts Published

Fwd: more work from the XQuery and XPath groups.

As always, implementor reports from folk working on query and path
languages for RDF are welcome here: if you've done any work on RDF query
which relates to XQuery (eg. applying XQuery to the querying of RDF) do
let us know. I expect the XML Query folks would be interested too.
