I recently switched the native serialization (in RDF) of RDFQL rules from a proprietary schema to a more RuleML-like one.  I used the rdf data at http://www.dfki.uni-kl.de/frodo/rdf2java/ruleml.rdf as an example of RuleML in RDF -- adding only ruleml:Not and ruleml:Or. 

Anyone know if there has been any further effort to create a formal rdf schema for RuleML?
