I thought that you might be interested to know that Jeff Pan's thesis 
"Description Logics: Reasoning Support for the Semantic Web" is now 
available on-line at http://DL-Web.man.ac.uk/thesis.shtml

The thesis deals with the architecture of RDFS and the extension of 
datatype support in web ontology languages.
