ontology mapping tools

DAML and OWL each include terms that would appear to be useful in
defining mappings from one ontology to another (daml:sameClassAs,
daml:samePropertyAs, and so on). But in surveying the available tools
for defining ontology mappings, I haven't been able to find any that
work that way. They either define their own terminology, or define a set
of axioms.

Does anyone know of an ontology mapping tool that uses the facilities
built into DAML or OWL for making statements about equivalencies (and
other relationships) between resources?

Thanks,

Steven Gollery
