Re: Properties of Resources that Need More than One URI to be Identified

URIs are not interpreted as URLs in RDF - it's an abstract identifier in
some perhaps unique namespace schema.  Where the resource is actually
located is better described by properties of that resource that are to be
interpreted as URLs, e.g. the <link> element of RSS feeds are to be
interpreted as URLs.
