<owl:FunctionalProperty rdf:ID="FOO"> --> Object or Datatype Property?

Hi Folks,

Does this:

<owl:FunctionalProperty rdf:ID="FOO">
      <rdfs:domain rdf:resource="ABC" />
      <rdfs:range  rdf:resource="XYZ"/>
</owl:FunctionalProperty>

mean this:

<owl:DatatypeProperty rdf:ID="FOO">
      <rdf:type rdf:resource="&owl;#FunctionalProperty"/>
      <rdfs:domain rdf:resource="ABC" />
      <rdfs:range  rdf:resource="XYZ"/>
</owl:DatatypeProperty>

or does it mean this:

<owl:ObjectProperty rdf:ID="FOO">
      <rdf:type rdf:resource="&owl;#FunctionalProperty"/>
      <rdfs:domain rdf:resource="ABC" />
      <rdfs:range  rdf:resource="XYZ"/>
</owl:ObjectProperty>

How do you know?  /Roger
