http://infomesh.net/2003/graphsl/ - GraphSL: RDF Graph Schema Language RDF applications from FOAF to RSS 1.0 to EARL have at times in their developments made people ask if these languages have a particular structure to their documents. Since there is no schema langauge around that can specify such a thing--short of making a canonicalized subset of XML/RDF with XML Schema--and that RDF can include any sorts of triples, people have generally steered clear of the whole graph schema area. GraphSL is a proposal to show that it doesn't have to be that way, and that, in the process, the flexibility of RDF does not have to suffer at all. No canonicalized subsets of XML/RDF in sight! Further examples and rationale and so forth are in the documentation. Comments are very welcome indeed, especially those on the approach and general ideas set out in the document. The implementation and details are still tentative at the moment. Cheers, -- Sean B. Palmer, <http://purl.org/net/sbp/> "phenomicity by the bucketful" - http://miscoranda.com/
