For extended reasoning, Network Inference's Cerebra Server provides
OWL-DL support in a robust commercial server implementation.

Cerebra Server is deployed as a web service with an easy-to-use set of
standard XQueries for taxonomic and conjunctive querying. Also
available: Construct, our Visio-based OWL ontology modeller.

You can get more details about getting the products from
sales@networkinference.com.
