Version confusion: daml.org vs. w3.org?

When looking on the DAML+OIL specification (of March 2001) submitted
to the W3C I have been confused by the different release versions.
However, the files seem to be nearly identical (except namespace prefixes).

In order not to confuse people, I suggest to put identical versions on
www.daml.org and www.w3.org.
