Stefan, I think you're agreeing with my hypothesis, but you didn't
address it so directly.

Put more bluntly: datalog wont let us assert the equivalence of even
very simple RDF subgraphs, and that kind of assertion is essential
to vocabulary migration (at least), so datalog wont work as a model
for rdf logic.
