I have another proposal for N3/RDF/DAML reform.  It can be found at

This document is really the joint work of Jonathan Borden, Pat Hayes,
and me, but while Jonathan and Pat deserve a lot of credit for it, I
know they don't agree with all the details.  The only reason I am
giving this out now is the upcoming DAML meeting, where it may provide
a framework for discussion.
