Which I presume is:-

Please note that this URI [1] does not currently resolve to any public
readable XML RDF resource (it leads to a page redirecting you via.
hypertext link to daml+oil.xml [2], which is in turn 403'ed). Whilst
it is not necessary for the W3C to provide such a service, it would be
useful if this were to be "fixed".
