Can you explain, or possibly give a link? When you say "Wouldn't serve 
it back", do you mean "Would not display it in the browser", or 
something different? Many IIS configurations will return .rdf files 
using application/octet-stream by default, which may confuse some 
browsers, if I recall correctly.
