The MarkUp Validator [1] can return EARL [2]. EARL stands for 
Evaluation And Report Language which is language initially to design 
any kind of errors and evaluation report in RDF. Then the results of a 
validation can be output as an RDF file. You can yourself play the 
source code [3] of the validator which is in perl.
