RXR - Regular XML RDF

This is a short paper I wrote and presented at XML Europe 2004 last
month in Amsterdam on designing a simple, regular XML format for RDF
triples, which might be of interest.  It is very easy to generate
and access with XML tools such as XSLT and XPath.
