[ANN] 3store version 2.2.14

Only new feature is making most of the commas in RDQL queries optional.

The only ecception is if you use commas beween some parts of a triple
expression you must use them everywhere, ie. (?x, ?y ?z) is not allowed.

This is also the first release on sourceforge for a while, there are lots
of bugfixes since 2.2.8
