FOAFCamp update

Apologies if you receive this twice.

In case there is anyone else wondering whether to attend FOAFCamp[1] 
(an informal FOAF get-together, 19/20 Aug in Netherlands), we now have 
sufficient people attending for the event to definitely go ahead, and 
we'll probably have to cut off registrations at 50ish - so do
register (preferably before 1 Aug) if you're coming along.
