XML (Schema) to DAML Translator

Hi:

I am looking for XML (Schema) to DAML Translator that shows up on Google
search. It appears that perhaps your work at DARPA sponsored this project.

is a broken link. Do you know if this tool (or similar) is still around
(even if not being maintained?)
