Yes. This is described at the end of the new RDF Model Theory draft
(http://www.w3.org/TR/rdf-mt/#rdfs_entail). Entailment rdfs4a says
that if you have a triple of the form xxx aaa yyy . then you add
another triple: xxx rdf:type rdfs:Resource .
