[SUMMARY] how to reference a rdf schema in an rdf instance file ?

thanks for your valuable suggestions.
I will not reference the RDFS within the RDF instance
rather than having the application doing the link ...

I will make use of XML schema datatypes within RDF
files rather than using xsd files.
