RDFMapper is a web service that searches an RDF file for resources with geographic locations, and returns a clickable map. Locations can be specified using the RDFIG Geo vocabulary (geo:lat, geo:long), Dublin Core+RDFGeom2d, or via scrapeable tags within embedded HTML or XML content. Any jpg can be used as a map, meaning the service can be used for image annotation as well. It is parameterized in a way that should allow its use for a decent variety of RDF-based mapping tasks. Mapping RSS 1.0 and GeoURL are initial applications. See http://www.mapbureau.com/rdfmapper/ - Chris
